When I saw him, he was still very alive flopping his wings under the sun. He was lying on the driveway the next morning. I just wonder what went on that evening. Did he hit something flying in the dark? Did he fought off a predator? or did he just lost his will to live? I put him on the lilac bush hoping he’d get better. Apparently, he didn’t. When I was getting ready to join an excursion to a botanical garden I found him again. Just like that, motionless. The breeze blew him twice, and he swayed just a little and skidded over. I just wonder what went on inside his mind and his heart. … He moves a little bit when the breeze gently caress his wings again. I thought he might come back to life. .. Would he?
